The weekend will be held at Trafalgar Station 55 km SSW of Charters Towers (40 km on formed gravel road – 2WD access). The weekend will be fully catered from Saturday dinner (byo alcohol) to Monday breakfast and the cost of $100/person will include basic accommodation in bunkhouses with mattresses only supplied or camping/caravan close by on a level grassed area. There are 6 toilet/shower dongas for our use.
Prior notice of attendance by 23 April is necessary for catering purposes. For bookings, please contact Ivor Preston.

All members are encouraged to attend the AGM - we need a quorum of at least 15 financial members (including proxies). Please download the Agenda and the Draft Minutes of the 2009 AGM.
Access
to Trafalgar is from the Gregory Development Road (Charters Towers to
Clermont Road) 22km south of the Flinders Hwy intersection - see Google Map below. Turn west
and continue 27 km on a formed unsealed road to the Trafalgar entrance.
The route is easy to follow on the RACQ map "Rockhampton Mackay
Gladstone" QDM5. The route is suitable for 2WD and caravans, but may be
a bit rough in places. If there is any change in road conditions we
will inform you here - it is suggested that you check the day
before. Access on the station will be 4WD and we will carpool to
minimise damage to the station roads. Just a reminder that the weekend
is fully catered at $100 per person, which includes camping fee and all
meals from Sat dinner to Monday breakfast inclusive.

unavailable at the homestead, but is available on the way there.
